But then, I think, It’s very, very simple. I just need to stop thinking like I live in a nation where there is rule of law. And it’s very important to understand the precise meaning of “rule of law”. Rule of law means that the law is sovereign, and that all citizens, regardless of station, are subjects to the law. Americans are so used to living in a country where laws apply equally to all people that they struggle to internalize that this is no longer so.

Let them be impressed and inspired by how you deal with your imperfections.
